The Tillman Water Reclamation Plant processes residential and commercial wastewater generated in the San Fernando Valley portion of the City of Los Angeles. The facility was designed to utilize reclaimed water both on its grounds and for irrigation purposes in an adjoining park. Within the facility, we provided scheduling and cost control services for several modification projects to increase the capacity of and provide flood protection for the facility. The Tillman Water Reclamation Plant is networked with other sewerage treatment and related facilities within the City of Los Angeles system.We have performed services at several of these facilities as part of our overall services associated with the Tillman Water Reclamation Plant as follows:

Roscomare Pumping Plant
We provided project coordination and construction management services during the
upgrading and expansion of this Bel Air, California facility.

Los Angeles Glendale Water Reclamation Plant
We provided project controls advisory and review services during replacement and upgrading of the bar screens, filter systems, influent pumps, control system, gas sensors and hydrochloride facility at this installation.

Lankershim Pump Plant
We provided construction advisory, drawing tracking and quality review services during the expansion and upgrading of this facility.
