Safety Analysis
Why a Safety Analysis if you feel it is “obvious” what
the problems are?
The basis of our successful consulting is based on a focused observation
of workflow, hourly employee behavior, and supervisory activity in
Actual Conditions at your workplace, jobsite, production facility,
storage areas, and warehousing operations. An analysis of past injury
and illnesses, severity of claims, and incident investigation reports
will also be done to ensure that all relevant risks are identified
to form a solid base for a Management Action Plan. The Management
Action Plan is commonly used by successful companies and is designed
to reduce risk, and then eliminate unsafe conditions. Our consultant
will team with you to explain the process and will incorporate your
ideas and methods into the Plan to customize every aspect of our program
so that DACM Project Management consulting will be a working partner.
The consultant will help oversee the Management Action Plan and assist
you to readjust or change any portion of the Plan during the year
in order to maximize the full benefit and results of the Plan.
