In
our role as the owner's representative and advocate, our project management
services encompass all phases of your project from concept through
completion. We will insure that your project is completed in the most
timely and cost effective manner. These services will be tailored
to the unique needs of your project:
Feasibility Analysis -
When needed, we will research and prepare a comprehensive
report to assist you in determining if your envisioned construction
project will meet your objectives. This will include viable options,
alternatives and practical information that will make your building
decisions more informed and apprised.
Work Breakdown
Structure Development - A unified Work Breakdown Structure
(WBS) for use by all project participants will enable full coordination
between all the disciplines.
Document
control - A computerized document control system is advised
for larger projects. This system can vary from a computerized tracking
of correspondence, to the scanning of all virtually all paper documents
into specialized computer software for retrieval throughout the
network.
Management
Information systems - We will evaluate the advisability of
utilizing an on-site computer Local Area Network allowing client personnel
in remote locations to have access to project data.
Risk
Management - We perform a risk assessment on each project
and develop a strategy to minimize risk and obtain appropriate insurance
coverage. Our expertise implementing Owner-Controlled Insurance
Programs has proven beneficial in certain project circumstances.
Contract
Packaging And Bidding Strategy - As design progresses we
will identify any project components that should be bid and constructed
under a separate contract to minimize the exposure of the owner.
We will coordinate the procurement and availability of owner supplied
equipment and materials, whether new or being relocated from existing
facilities.
Contractor
Evaluation & Prequalification - We advise prequalifying
construction contractors relative to financial capability, experience
with your particular design characteristics, and overall past performance.
