Nestled at the base of the verdant Santa
Monica Coastal Range, the tranquil atmosphere of Camarillo
provides the pleasant environment for the staff of the world-wide
operations of the charitable humanitarian organization Mission Without
Borders International.
The use of concrete tilt-up construction
and panelized roof assemblies provided excellent value for this 37,243
square foot facility. As part of its services to Energy Services Contractors,
we prepared a lump sum bid for all CSI Division 16 components of the
Sanctuary Building and ancillary buildings. Performing to the high
standards of DACM Project Management
estimating department, a thorough review of the bid documents was
conducted. We clarified the scope of work, secured quotes from numerous
wholesale suppliers and were responsible for all material quantity
take off. We also provided data for and secured quotes from various
low voltage system subcontractors, including fire / life safety, security,
audio - visual, communications and remote lighting systems.
