This strategy greatly diminishes the probability that claims will result on
the project. We also implement procedures to ensure that appropriate documentation is routinely maintained that, in the event a dispute can not
be readily resolved, the relevant facts are preserved for analysis. In the event
that a dispute persists, DACM Project Management works with the owner to
develop negotiation strategies and positions.
