Value Engineering - DACM Project Management will review specified materials and calculate their total life cycle cost, including future maintenance and repair costs. We will also suggest alternative materials, equipment and processes, based on sound economic judgment, that best addresses the owners' particular needs. During construction, we will review any contractor proposed value engineering items to determine if they are in the owners' best interest.

Constructability Review - We will review the design documents for feasibility and practicality of construction. This analysis of the plans and specifications will identify methods and details required for construction, as well as any inconsistencies within the documents.

Bidability Review - DACM Project Management will review all bid documents for consistency with project requirements. This will ensure that prospective constructors fully understand the project scope so that they may bid the most competitive price.

Design Review - DACM Project Management will ensure that design progress remains on schedule and allows for our and your review at various stages. We will also either review the Architects' estimate of construction cost or prepare an independent estimate to verify that the design is within the established budget.
